Trap & 5-Stand Shotgun Clinic

Join us for a full day of shotgun instruction designed to improve your confidence, consistency, and target-breaking skills in both Trap and 5-Stand.

Morning Session: Trap Clinic (9:00 AM - 11:00 AM)

The Trap portion of the clinic focuses on fundamentals, gun movement, target acquisition, and proper shooting techniques.

Participants will:

• Review core Trap fundamentals
• Practice target engagement using 15 instructional rounds
• Receive individual coaching and feedback
• Shoot one full round of Trap with instructor guidance

Whether you're new to Trap or looking to improve your scores, this session will help build the skills necessary for consistent target breaks.

Afternoon Session: 5-Stand Clinic (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

The 5-Stand portion of the clinic focuses on understanding target presentations, establishing proper hold points, and learning effective lead techniques.

Participants will:

• Learn lead and target strategies for three different 5-Stand stations
• Practice each station with instructor coaching
• Develop a plan for reading and breaking common target presentations
• Shoot one full round of 5-Stand with coaching and feedback

This hands-on clinic is designed to help shooters better understand target flight paths and build confidence before shooting a complete round.

What to Bring

• Shotgun suitable for Trap and Sporting Clays/5-Stand
• Eye and ear protection
• Ammunition (quantity will be provided prior to the event)
• Water and weather-appropriate clothing

Skill Level

This clinic is appropriate for beginner to intermediate shooters. Individual coaching will be provided throughout the day.
