Terms and Conditions

By registering for the NJ CCARE and Use of Force Qualification Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Participants must be at least 21 years of age.
  2. All participants must follow the instructions of the course instructors at all times.
  3. Participants are required to wear appropriate safety gear during practical training exercises.
  4. Participants must treat all instructors and fellow participants with respect and professionalism.
  5. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without a refund.
  6. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the course location.
  7. Refunds will only be issued if the course is canceled by the organizers.
  8. Participants are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or property during the course.
  9. Participants are encouraged to bring water and snacks for breaks, as they will not be provided.
  10. Photos and videos may be taken during the course for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image.
  11. By signing up for this course, participants acknowledge that a successful completetion of the course does not garuntee that a Permit to Carry (PTC) will be issued by the state and/ or municipality. This is entirely decided by the Police departments.
