Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the NRA CCW Placer/Sacramento 8-Hour course. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering:

  1. Participants must be at least 21 years of age.
  2. All participants must possess a valid concealed carry permit issued by Placer or Sacramento County.
  3. Participants are required to bring their own firearm and ammunition for the range qualification portion of the course.
  4. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors and range officers at all times.
  5. Registration fee is non-refundable, but transferable to another individual with prior notification to the event organizers.
  6. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event location.
  7. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
  8. By registering for this event, participants agree to release the event organizers from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the course.
