Terms and Conditions

By participating in the PRIVATE LTC LIVE FIRE QUALIFICATION event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. This event is for individuals who are looking to complete their Texas LTC Live Fire Qualification.
  2. This event does not include the Texas DPS REQUIRED classroom portion to obtain your LTC. You must complete the classroom requirement separately.
  3. Participants must already have a solid understanding of how to safely handle and operate their handgun in order to pass the qualification. This event does not include any handgun instruction.
  4. If participants need instruction or to get more familiar with their firearm, they should schedule a Handgun Basics lesson before participating in the qualification.
  5. Once participants have purchased this event, we will schedule a date, time, and location that works best for them.
  6. If participants have any questions before booking, they should contact the event organizer.
  7. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the event organizer and the range during the qualification.
  8. Participants must bring their own handgun and appropriate ammunition for the qualification. If you do not currently own a handgun, you may borrow one from the event organizer by making arrangements before your scheduled appointment. Ammunition may be purchased at the range in most cases.
  9. Participant is responsible for paying their range fee to the range on the day of their appointment. This is separate from your payment to Steel Daisy, which includes the administration of your LTC Qualification and one B-27 target.
  10. Participants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearms and shooting ranges.
