By registering for the private lesson, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth by the instructor and the range facility.
All payments for the private lesson must be made in full at the time of registration. Refunds will only be provided in the event of cancellation by the instructor.
Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructor during the private lesson. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the lesson without a refund.
Participants are responsible for bringing their own handgun (if they own one), as well as eye and ear protection. If participants do not have their own equipment, they must purchase a box of .22 ammunition to use during the lesson.
Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during the private lesson. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the lesson without a refund.
Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with handling firearms and agree to release the instructor and the range facility from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the private lesson.
If you need to cancel your registration for the private lesson, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson will not be eligible for a refund.
